Adoni supports two time-saving input methods beyond typing: voice dictation and file upload.
Voice input
Click the microphone icon in the Adoni message bar. Speak naturally — Adoni transcribes your words in real time and fills the input box. Click the mic again to stop and send, or keep speaking to add more.
Voice input works in Chrome and Safari on any device. It uses your browser's built-in speech recognition — no API key, no cost, no data sent to a third party.
What it's good for: hands-free strategy questions while reviewing your map, quick field updates when you're between doors, and dictating long instructions without hunting for keys on a phone screen.
File upload
Click the paperclip icon to attach a file to your message.
**CSV files** are parsed automatically. If your file looks like a volunteer list — columns for name, email, phone — Adoni reads it and prompts you to confirm bulk-adding everyone to your campaign. A 40-person volunteer CSV becomes 40 VolunteerProfile records in one shot.
**Text files** are forwarded to Adoni as context. Paste briefing notes, a voter file excerpt, or a list of addresses — Adoni reads the content and works with it.
